What about our abbeys and monasteries ?
They provoke ! “Nothing genuinely human fails to raise an echo in their hearts”.
Opened to the world, and in the heart of the Church, in their singular style, they are eloquent signs of communion,
welcoming abodes for those seeking God and who wants to continue seeking him with the eyes of Faith in a world which ignores His presence.
– They are true places of study, dialogue and culture for the building up of the life of the Church and of the earthly city itself.
Opened to the world ? Nevertheless, “Your periphery is your tabernacle” (Pope Francis).
A Challenge !
– So, pray, pray for those who cannot pray, pray for those who know not how to pray, pray for those who do not want to pray (John-Paul II).
